Engagements

If we agree to act, you will receive a letter that names the partner, the scope, the fee and the professional rules that apply. Until that letter is countersigned, we have not been instructed.

Accuracy

We take care with what we publish. Tax, company and accounting rules change. You should not act on a note without advice given for your facts.

Intellectual property

The words, layout and mark on this site belong to Aurel Advisory. You may not copy them for another practice. Case studies use anonymised facts; they are not a licence to reuse our analysis.

Liability

We are not liable for loss that arises from using this website, except where the law does not allow us to limit that liability. Professional work is covered by the letter of engagement and by our professional indemnity arrangements.
