Who we are

What we collect

If you send a briefing request we keep your name, email, telephone number, company name and the message you typed, so a partner can reply. If you leave a comment we keep the name and email you give us in order to moderate the note. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for two years unless they become a client file, in which case they follow the retention rules of that engagement. Comments are kept while they remain published. You can ask us to delete a comment or an enquiry that has not become a client file.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we have no remaining professional duty to keep it. Write to hello@aureladvisory.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
